2008 NFL season was not so great for New England Patriots but they were not disappointing too. They could have done better if Tom Brady was able to play in few more games. They have finally ended as 10th in yards and 8th in points. Defense was a big problem last year as it was slow and showing signs of aging. The enthusiasm and dominance was missing from the defense and the club obviously paid for that in the matches. On the other hand, their offense was one of the best running offenses in the league and helped them to win many of the matches. Things could have been better if the coordination was in place between defense and offense. Without coordination no team can really survive for long.
