Jon Gruden performed miserably in those matches and will leave the club in the off season. Tampa Bay Buccaneers ended with a statistics of 9-7 and that was shocking to all their supporters and management all. But there were reasons behind their failure and that was poor offense. Earnest Graham and Carnell Williams could not play in some matches and there were not absolutely fit too. Finally Tampa Bay Buccaneers ended 10th in both point and yards allowed. This year, people have eyes on their actions during off season.
