2009 Denver Nuggets NBA Season Preview

Denver Nuggets always has something to offer their supporters. These surprises are enjoyable too. This is one team that rarely disappoints its supporters. Many other teams fight a lot to make their path to the play off’s. But Denver nuggets team always makes it so easy to look that people may think why other teams are struggling that much. Many people say it is nothing but luck that is supporting Denver nuggets. But it is their dedication that has helped them to reach the play off’s for 7 consecutive seasons.

They reached the play off’s most of the time but they always used to fell short to win the championship. But finally they touched their dream in 2008-09 season. It was surely a great moment for them as they were trying to won it till 1994. a long struggle finally came to an end. But there hunger did not die and they continue to play in a great way.

This year even the opponents are pretty strong but Nuggets have full faith on themselves. They knew they can the championship and they fight for that more than a decade. Now again they are going to set the court on fire by wining the championship again this year.

Carmelo Anthony, Chauncey Billups will play for Nuggets even this year. The supporters are really happy to know that as they performed really well in last couple of seasons. Nuggets have many good memories in their favor. They are the only team who won more than 43 matches in the season and that too for consecutive six years. This was a rare achievement and Nuggets can continue playing like that they will surely reach the top again.

Though, after a real good season the end was not that good for Denver nuggets. They started off brilliantly, they played fantastic throughout but in the end they lost the match. This year there are lots of powerful and skilled player. They all have athlete figures. It will help then to take the control of the game. The offence looks pretty good this year and that can turn any match in their favor anytime.

Anthony, Dahntay Jones and J.R Smith are back in the squad this year. If they stay in there best forms the opponents need to think many things to stop them on the court. Last year Chris Andersen performed so well that the club signed a two years deal with him. The vice president of Denver nuggets Mark Warkentien said that they are thrilled to get Chris in the squad. He is powerful and he has the enthusiasm that can turn any match any time.

The season is about to begin. The offense and defense is absolutely ready. Everyone wants to enter the court and perform their best. The team spirit can be seen in their attitudes. If they can continue doing this they will surely become unstoppable. People are waiting for the matches now so that they can again cheer for Denver nuggets.

2009 Cleveland Cavaliers NBA Season Preview

Cleveland Cavaliers are the team of the moment. Their owner Dan Gilbert and the ever jovial manager Danny Ferry hare very much excited about the prospect of the team in this season. They are quite desperate to win the championship this time around. They whole city is quite optimistic that they are going to win it this time.

The Cavaliers have put almost all their chips in the table and it really makes no sense to leave them in their pockets. Their star performer LeBron James can now really choose to be a free man in the coming year. He intentionally kept his options open for the year by not re-signing. He had that opportunity in this summer but let it go. But, however, if he plays, then the Cavaliers are all ready to go all guns blazing and it’ll be a real fun to follow them live.

The monster of a player Shaquile O’Neal is a great new addition to the squad. With his huge physique and net rattling slam dunks he’s sure to be successful and a hot favorite among the fans. He along with the awesome LeBron can give tough challenge to any defense in the world.

The Cavaliers had lost the previous playoff series which everybody expected them to win. Hence they splurged the money on Shaquile. The magnificent Dwight Howard of the Orlando Magic had ruined the Cavaliers chances to get to the NBA finals with his amazing skills. But he won’t find it easy this time with the 7feet 1 inch and 325 pounds Shaquile eagerly patrolling the halfway line.

Coach Mike Brown earlier mentioned that they really to make it big this time. They are hell bent upon dislodging the Orlando Magic boys from their perch and their prime issue was that they lost most of the physical battles on field. SO, the presence of Shaquile will come as a big relief to them.
Howeever, it is not just the two of them on whom the whole team depends. They have introduced quite a few fresh faces in the team which have infused new blood into the ailing team. Mo Williams proved to be a great utility player and was easily one of the best players averaging almost 18 points a game. He’s absolutely majestic as the third option after LeBron and Shaquile.

The addition of the incredible power forward Anderson Varejao from Brazil will definitely help in balancing the team. With a hefty price tag of $7million per year he’s sure to be a huge success. Further the addition of other impeccable players like Anthony Parker, Leon Powe and Jamario Moon have boosted the morale of the side like anything.

Parkar was a consistent scorer with his old team and the others averaged about 8 points apiece in each game. They are desperate not to lose LeBron and have rewarded him with a huge 50,000-square-foot training facility near his Ohio mansion. Equipped with all these star players, this season for the Cleveland Cavaliers is surely going to a rocker.
